If you're really stuck,

you have to look between the letters for a clue.

Thanks--that narrows the deliberations a bit. But I'm still having a heck of time deciding what is figurative and what is literal in this picture.

Put the parts together like a rebus... Just make sure you get them in the right order. Don't overthink what the elements in the picture are, either.
