Given the amount of possibilities per request, such a tool would simply be inconvenient to manage. Which doesn't change the fact I've attempted this task I ended up with a bit different program then.

https://wordsmith.org/anagram/ - this is an anagrammer I would recommend for most of the tasks. Unless you are guessing, and don't know all letters, because you are rushing to an answer without getting all letters properly - while some tools can help here, I wouldn't pursue this path of thinking.

Weird. I'm not aware of a solution that involves the "magick" hint in source - I know what it refers to, but I don't know the number - and the solution to this level doesn't seem to be related to this at all.

Correct me if I'm wrong or missing something.

The solution to this level is an unusual word that you might have never heard before, and doesn't even look like an English word (though it is one).
If you don't know what to decode, look again carefully.
