I found a combinational lock by entering the name of a city, but I don't know what to do with the lock now

I really can't see the connection between the cities and states. Can someone help me please?

dont_sub_to_me: You're solving these levels really quickly, if one or two take a bit more time it doesn't mean you're stuck. Isn't it more satisfying to solve the levels yourself, without getting it spoiled by hints?

Kind of stuck on Level M49 (Aka: Level 100)

There are some equations on the wall that make no sense to me

our usual calculation of 9 + 2 = 11 = ?? + 1, right? That's 'cos we do math using b**e t*n. Try thinking along those lines

I35 - You have to replace one letter with another, then you should see the answer.

P58 - You have to go to a different page in ebony that you have been to before.

I'm on kelli 44.

I translated the text, and now I believe I have to unscramble the title of the level. However, the usual text scrambling tools don't work, so I suppose it's a word that isn't in the dictionary yet in english it still makes sense.

Is that correct? And do you need to be a native English speaker to solve it?

R61: it might help if you take a closer look at them, zoom in. You've probably seen a similar level before.
So65: you need to look carefully, there is something hidden. It might help to split the gif into frames.
X62: How can you creatively interpret "don't move!"?"
P62: Use some of the other hints in the level first.
Sh68: You're mostly on the wrong track. Think about another code the hints could apply to.
