Ok, 11 is tricky...

Here's a few hints... take em in order as needed.

The Red Herring is an image...

Images have properties.

The binary system consists of only ones and zeroes.

Hope that helps... take em one at a time and see what you come up with.

You are right that there is a different number system involved (but it's not Roman).
