You have started at the correct letter,

and you should have realized that the given direction is misleading, i.e. you should go to the OPPOSITE direction. (left = right, right = left, up = down, down = up).

Write down each letter that you passed, and google it, as kriskunha suggests.

You've got the correct idea there, only the phrase isn't quite right. Rearrange your words, use the correct spelling, so that it resembles a common phrase in sports.

Again, the answer is a very common phrase. Fracture is a type of what? (think sports).
