guitar freak open the image in paint click paint bucket and chose white or black which is also the colors of the animal it spells out.

its actually a 3 letter word but the plural makes it 4

I'm still stuck but I found the exact horse logo on google without the w, it brought me to a page about stallions.

look at the properties of the pic and change the url from htm to gif
