For 14, I got the vowel thing from the source code, but are we supposed to add vowels to 'wicked'? and are we supposed to find some sort of difference???

Actually,

the vowel thing doesn't have to do with the answer--you just need to find the difference between the Level 14 pic and the Level 4 (i think) pic and add that to the current url
