I think you can't paste the image on that site you need to type them in the box on the right. ( a black dot is 0 and a red dot is 1)

Look at the source and use the numbers to make lettres with them. Think scientific.

I see some of them are in upper case but I can't make a word or sentence with them. JKN is still repeated can that be a clue

did you encipher the lettres and found a word. Google that word. If you need more help let me know
