help on the mini game were you have to find the real bloo i cant unlock the lights out one and i have gotten the high scores one the first two but it still wont let me play that one.Never let fear come between you and your dreams.

OK I know im really impatient but I just unlocked level 3 from the minigame in the mall arcade and got a high score!!!and I got prizes!!!

Okay, here's the deal.... I just got my son started on this game a couple of days ago so I apologize if some of the questions I may ask have already been asked but we... ok He... is really stuck, keeps asking for help and these are not the type of games I'm into but I'm trying to help and not getting any farther than him and just as frustrated.
We have so far completed about 9 chores (figuring those out was the easy part) and done a couple of favors... can't unlock any games (don't know how)... we have a flashing bloo next to one of our bars and were also asked to do a favor that involved him but we can't even find him.
So, I guess my question is, is there anywhere to go to find out how to play find things? Are characters normally in the same place all the time (they don't seem to be)? If they are, which ones stay put?
In a nutshell, for my sanity, how do you play this game???
