on 4, I tried a salad cipher on the source. The last word got translated, but nothing else. Tried using it and it didn't work. What am I missing, besides the correct answer? LOL! Any help would be awesome.

The number refers to an event if you combine your current URL and what you get after decoding.
Find name of city.

Look up your current URL on Wiki, and look for that relation there.
