Just spell out the sequence of letters. It will spell out a word.
Then look up the numbers in a specific table, and get the abbreviations, which will form a word.

Level 23. I found the date, but that's about it. Not sure how to get it to work with the clock. I know there's a poem that coincides with the date, but nothing else.

Then apply this to get certain letters from the sentence about Melissa.
