Yeah you can show hotspots on a clickable image within the image map, but I don't think this one has any hotspots...

I think it just wants us to draw. Which is kind of mean. lol

I got it... the image is a w3c DTD transitional (HTML) so, just throwing this out there, this image IS clickable, but on a very small scale.

HTML Transitional DTD
The Transitional DTD includes presentation attributes and elements that W3C expects to move to a style sheet. Use this when you need to use HTML's presentational features because your readers don't have browsers that support Cascading Style Sheets (CSS):

(which brings me to another clue, in the hint given by the creator he said "The numbers can speak, what do they say ? Is it a file your looking for, or something... else ?")
the last line of the mid code above, says folder.
maybe it is just paranoia

almost, I just accessed where he had made changes to this picture, which include, dimensions, codes, coords, etc. using the WC# DTD link to the CSS (Scriptsheet) used, he didn't use the new verion, which suggests he is on a 1 line code.

At the bottom of the screen it shows coordinates. I just spray painted a dot over each coordinate and connected with a line. For the first letter I got

i downloaded a program named x-map editor and pasted the coords it gave me a word like "escare" tried it, also tried escape but didnt work
