The Level Hint that is provided say "The numbers can speak, what do they say ? Is it a file your looking for, or something... else ?" which leads me to believe that all the numbers in the source code are really tones.

sorry not tones, but coordinates, hence the abreviation coords, now, it says it is used on are shape platform, so each line of numbers will shape a letter, giving us a 6 letter answer

From reading this website I have compiled the following:

The source code on lvl 9 suggests the the meaning of <area shape="poly"
means that the shape has way more than a couple of sides, I can deduce this from how many coords there are.
I HAVE SOLVED THE QUESTION, now just to compile the coodrs and make the answer

yeah, god wth is this garbage game

I might be wrong, I read into it more, and coords can be used in Java/HTML apps, to make GIF/PNG/JPEG images so they are clickable upon bases of the coords, god I am confused.
