All I can tell you without more info is that the most common "mistake" is to use the word "feeling" - this is not quite correct, you need to name that feeling shown; and remember to use the plural form for the vehicle one.

Need help with what i have:

I deciphered the image and got the website, I found a page using t*t and found what needs to be deciphered. I found another page using p*g and google that phrase which I believe the answer is R***x. Now I have no clue how to apply all this. Nothing on the r****n.com website looks like R***x. So I don't know how to decode the stuff from the t*t page!

You're already on a good track

Go to the site that you've found, and make there a search with that tongue twister to find a page with the correct cipher.
Use the second option there, and decode the ciphered text

I guess I need a little more guidance, I found:

on that website w/the tongue twister the second option just brings me to a page called o**-l****s which just shows a bunch of other tongue twisters but I don't see how this page shows me what cipher to use.
