I have everything I need but for the life of me,

when I try to put all three parts as a whole i can't make anything out. Is there a way to layer these so I can make out what is there?

You can do this with GIMP.

Open one of them, make background transparent. Then open next one as layer in the same window, and add transparency. Etc.

Another way to solve this level, is to print them out
