You need to follow the decoding method from the Wiki page and find the 7 letters

But if you really don't get it. Here another hint:

Picture ~ Previous answer. Compare them. The title tell you what you have to look for.

EDIT: Scratch that! I just found out that both hints I gave for the fourth gift were wrong. Both my thoughts I had about were wrong. I know what the gift should be, but I haven't a clue how you supposed to get it. Well, once you have found the other correct gifts, you can figure out the answer anyway.
