First clue is written in "special characters" that you should have on your pc.
After decoding you need to decode a second time

Yes, but it's not important what is on the picture, it could be a tree, a person, a book or whatever.

Check its properties very very carefully and bear your previous answer in mind. No googling necessary.

It's a tricky level.
