stuck in 86/4 (the page where you look from above), i don't know how to apply the clue from the image *x* on the text

Rearrange the text at the bottom of the page according to the clue (think of kind of a grid that you would make), then change direction of reading

but just getting gibberish

There are two ways to make a grid with that dimensions. The horizontal side must be the shortest one.

I have found the right song but the letters I get don't seem right - I am wondering if I have the right site?

Well, if you found a song by googling the text on the page, then you have found the right artist but the wrong song. Check the source for finding the right song.
