Hubby started to put pillows under the desk, and I asked very confused what he was doing. He said that he was preparing for the visit from the Looney Gang, and he had to hide, and make it himself comfortable under the desk with pillows, and lot of dry food and a couple of bottles of water, until the "storm" was over.

Well, like I wrote in my "translation" kontrollerande would be controlling, and psykologi would be psychology although I wonder if it means psychopaths instead. It's omgivnings or omgivelser as I assume you mean, that I'm having a little trouble with.

Something like surrounding controlling psykology perhaps?

Well, I guess if I rewrite my suggestion, it makes better sense. The psychology of controlling your surroundings. I just needed to remember that English has different grammar

Adventure, yes oddly enough, because I've not known a lot of people, maybe 2 or 3 that loved storms like I do. So that just makes being here even better But maybe if I give Lilli my armor (I'm a noble knight after all, according to Escape ) she can go out into a storm and may like it as well?

It could be where someone begins it, and posts something to be translated, the first person who gets it right (or as right as possible ) gets to post something in a foreign language? I'm not sure how well it'd work for those of us who pretty much only speak English to post something foreign. Hmm...Just a thought....

Yes, I was trying hard. But I think a story is much more difficult to translate than an everyday text.
But here you go Adventure, I start a ROFL attack on you:

My translation

This is again a nice story about the Kingdom of the Trolls, about the .... (?) and the Gnomes.
The hero of this legend was the head of a group that had the all controlling psychologycal power, and had a huge army that scared away and forced to flee everyone.
One day he had an inner fight and was thinking about everything. The hero then decided to leave his successfull position as king and took 10 of his followers with him.
