It's really frustrating when you tell them on the phone over and over again that it's just not working. But they just won't listen. They told me to download the Norton removal tool and then some Auto fix tool.
I did that and cleaned my computer. I deleted the old files of Norton as well. That didn't work either and when I gave them a call
I got a stuipd machine on the phone saying "I am sorry but our working hours are over blah blah blah
