Well, she saw on YouTube a video where somebody was drawing a manga picture with a software. She wanted to know what software was used, and if it was possible to download a trial version.
Well, it wasn't easy to find out what was used, but finally I managed to do so, and also found a trial version on the web. Then I gave her support for the download and installation process.
Then she thanked me and asked: And now, how do you use it?
And I had to say, that it was now her job to get to know the program

Hey Crazy and mother

Sure Crazy Once upon a time there was a Greek Carrot Islander who went to the public park for New Years Eve. However she wasn't too about fireworks, so da Islander had a brilliant idea. She would put carrots in her ears so as to be able to enjoy the beauty of the fireworks without all the hassle of the noise from them.

Unfortunately this Islander has forgotten that she was in the real world, so as she walked around the park, everybunny stared at her, and some even whispered. Da Islander thought nothing of this as her Lilliputtish logics told her that putting carrots in your ears was perfectly normal and also very vigorous for one's hearing. However soon, she saw an ambulance drive towards her, and two men in white coats got out of it and walked towards her.

Well, we'll visit my sis and her soon, and then I'll try to help her, but first of all, I have no idea either, so that I have to read the instructions, and I can't support her just by phone if I'm not at the same pc.
