Btw, I am still very proud that I successfully managed to support somebunny without much technical knowledge with downgrading from Flash 9 to Flash 8 over the internet.
I think that I remember all the (few) cases where this kind of distance support worked well
And I also learn a lot aswell, when I fix pc problems for others
