yeah...were only gone like 2 minutes, and she popped out 6 babies...it took me 13 1/2 hours to pop my one out!!!

But is it possible to have 6 babies? I have seen 4 babies at most from one mammy hammy.

Well, hamsters are good in reproduce. For example the syrian hamster has a pregnancy of only 16 days.

(*sorry, off topic* I'm a bit behind in the conversation...) But you were all discussing hamsters and whatnot. I had 2 asian hamsters when I was a kid, they were so cute!! I also had a teddy bear hamster, and 2 rats (at different times throughout my childhood.) Loved them!
