True, we really could use an anti-insomnia PM. I also hope that I can good sleep tonight. I am the last three days very, very tired when I go to bed, but after hours I still can't sleep and then I decide to get up again to do some things and then try to go to sleep again. Most of the times I fall in sleep eventual, but after 3 hours I wake up again and can't sleep more.

Your sleep schedule sounds like mine!! It does have something to do with GH... Only difference, is USUALLY, once I have fallen asleep (that's the hard part) I can stay asleep - usually. I feel for you!! I know being really active during the day can sometimes help with the insomnia.
