I only know of a site where you can upload a pic and get a glitter animation. I dunno if there is one for lightning. I expect it is a bit more difficult to add and make it look good

Glitters? Are you kidding me Maybe you're right, combining two pictures can't be that easy and the lightning one has to be .gif (moving) so it will look realistic

Well, an animation is not just ONE pic, there are several that are compiled in one file, so if you want to combine you need to get a gif animation program and separate the pics that make the animation. Then you have to manually edit every pic and then re save as a gif file. It is a lot of work and frustrating too

Have you tried the Microsoft GIF Animator? It is free but very small and ya need a good paint program

No, you don't have to have Photoshop, but ya gots ta have sumthin' better then Paint. Try Paint.NET for example
