well usually after the hearing the effects take place, if shes guilty and goes to jail then shes sent to a holding cell.... if the verdict rules in favour of becky shes dismissed and allowed to go and will have to deal with the army and stuff later... usually 30 days later

@Mistery--That's what I was afraid of.

@Heart--I don't think it'll work like that in this situation--she's not really being on trial for a crime, but she's trying to get out of the army. It's not so much a matter of guilt or innocence. I imagine that if she doesn't get to leave, she'll go straight back to wherever she's been. If she gets out, then we may hear from her in the next day or two. Of course, this is pure speculation--I don't know the legal/military system in Israel.
