Oh!! Yesterday was a very good day for swimming!

It's been so hot.

Though it's too bad that the pool wasn't quite ready.

Did you get to see any fireworks?

Ya, it was cool. Went to lunch with a friend in the afternoon, and then to our local fireworks show at night. They had a live band there, too. *whispers* But the band wasn't very good.

Hehe. But it was fun. Hot.

Ya, your in Cali...so I know you know the heat. But we're lucky we're not in Arizona or Las Vegas, NV. They're hitting about 114 - 116 degrees today!

No relief in sight.

And you should try putting aloe on your sunburn. Works wonders in easing the pain.

Ya, I was checking the temp here where I live, cuz I was roasting and melting in my apartment, and saw the weather news. I couldn't believe it!! That's too hot. Poor people who have to live there. I don't have a/c, but I sure hope they do!!!
