hi eg and lilli- great to see you two again- ive been out home shopping for the day and i tried out the sumi recipe for biryani for dinner- a great day all round! hows it been with you two lovelys?

lilli- i put the carrot salad on the side of the biryani-it works so well!!

i had a great time- bought some curtains and flooring for my bedroom- tomorrow im out to get some paint and then some new furniture and rugs- i like diy!!

i love grocery shopping- but i shop every day so i dont get that big trolley thing

the biryani- if you like spicy food this was so easy and soooooo good!! sumi knows her stuff- im trying teeodds fish tomorrow

Hehe. Well, it's only 2:12 pm here. When I get home, you're probably snoozing already. And I'm on summer vacation from my classes at the University, but my job still remains.

So you're redecorating?? How fun!!! What colors are you planning on?

I never get carts (aka big trolley things) either. Just a small handbasket. Never do big grocery shopping.

well the floor i bought is like rough oak planking-i have a soft green paint in mind for the walls and a cowskin rug-the real thing-and the furniture im still thinking- but i saw a beech unit with black drawers- but im still thinking- i have a wood and black cast iron bed-not heavy- just light details- so i have to get things to pass-the curtains- well they sound a little boring- hessian with small embroidered detail-better to see than describe
