Yeah I know, I'm pretty lucky I work in a restaurant bar and we close every night at 10 so I'm never there any later than 12. I used to work in one of those places that didn't close til 2am and we'd get off at 3:30 and definately be up til at least 5 then have to be up at 8 to be with our little boy. Thank god for nickelodeon

WOW! Yeah, that would be a really hard schedule to keep for any length of time! That's gotta be nice having the restaurant close at 10 pm. My friend worked in Reno. So, the bars were open all night long. How old is your little boy? I think the younger they are, the earlier they get up!!!

Btw, with all those tasty drinks your posting, I think I'm gonna have to have some friends over at my new place and try them out!

He's 4yrs old. I started dating his mother when he was a year old so at this point he is basically mine in every sense of the word except for biological. Back then he would get up at 7 or 8 and would always let me or his mom catch a little nap on the couch while he watched cartoons. Its the same way now but he wakes up at 9 so I'm usually much more functional than I used to be.

My brother was/is in a similar situation with my neice. She is my niece, regardless of the fact that she's not biologically my niece. My brother legally adopted her 2 years ago.

9 is WAY better than 7. Especially if you're up late at night working! Though I must admit, I'm at my best after 1 pm! If I were around a kid, cartoons don't last THAT long, do they!? (J/K)
