Customising smilies list

I was wondering whether it's possible to customise the smilies' panel appearing next to the message/input box to save me time from selecting the <more> option. Is there a way to save the smilies I use more frequently in order to access them quickly instead of searching through that very long list (which btw takes ages to load on my pc)?

well what most members have done we have memorized the codes for our favorite smileys

I will look into it further, but yes, I think what Funja has done was what most of us do. Just type the code for the smilies I use most. Like my kitty smiley. :cat1 : without the space. That's the fastest way I know. I don't believe there is an option for that.

I'm going to ask the same question and say that it's hard for me to memorize any smiley and that if i had a customized smiley list that i could have a set amount of smileys to pick from and could update them.. i dunno.. i just like the idea okay

Yes, I like the idea too. The smiley list is quite a mess, and it's hard to find a specific smiley in the list. But unfortunately there isn't an option for a customized smilies list, this include the little smiley box when you go advanced.

I am thinking about to reorganize the smiley list for months now, but it's a looot of work and I hadn't had the time for it yet.

When I first tried to memorize smilies I ended up smooching alot :hug : rather than a more gentlemanly :hug2 :

I guess it worked out ok for me. Some just smooched right back.

No, also a CPU genius or Gamershood can't change this. vBulletine just hasn't this possibilty. But perhaps it will with a new version in the future.

If nothing comes along Eternal Becky will reorganize the smiley list soon.
