Threat blocked

I received the activation email in the spam folder. check easily
I moved it to inbox then opening the activation Link on Chrome my antivirus(Avast) stated 'threat blocked'. reference content
I did a smart scan and no virus was found and the activation was successful. So is that activation link compromised or maybe you guys need to contact Avast?
