Funny thought - an imbibed patron waiting for the release standing in the circle.

I think it's more a nighttime problem due to clubs that are closing and men that need to urinate and start to do that where ever they can. This type is for men only I believe.
I have to think of a next one.

Yep. To quote the Hall and Oates song Maneater..."they only come out at night"

Guess they don't want public peeing in broad daylight. After dark its ok.

I believe this is a telescopic street toilet
I googled what I thought that is was and I found an article about it and it is based on a Dutch idea...how nice is that. Don't think that I ever saw one over here though.
    Look here

Actually I haven't, but oh well...
My fiancé used to talk about such things and I never understand. But seriously, he wants me to figure out this dusty jungle on the first pic?

And the second pic is the next guess-what image.

actually, it is a temperature transducer. and that particular model is for air in open containers. the ones for liquids have some special coating on them and a bulky head for signal processing at the other end. a transducer is an industrial grade sensor with a conversion block added to it so the output signal can be transmitted on databuses. now, the one in the picture is a particular type of transducer, one that has two different metal rods welded at one end and because of that, when temperature changes, the welding bit releases electric current

    [is geek] ._.

but, fern got it. i'm satisfied. good job

    So waves are involved?
Some kind of water sensor? (level, pH, oxygen, temperature?)
