but everybody in the construction should use it ,even roadworkers ,so there will be no more bumps and sinks in the roads

a laser leveller ,the top starts after levelling himself to turn at a high speed and with a reciever you can level out for 200 m wide around. look at "sokkia" on google

Wow, that really must be fragile. I wasn't even close to thinking that. You must realize that by revealing the answer before anyone guessed it leaves this thread in a bit of a pickle. Not sure what to do now.
