But you also need a water proof computer. Hmm does it work better in salt water or fresh water. does the water amplify internet signal strength But if everyone were underwater then tipper wouldn't have an advantage

Saran wrap might not work. I'll coat mine in cement so it doesnt float. Do computers float Ill bhramaputra right back I have an expirement to do in the bathtub
