Luckily I'm not. The water wave we'll be passing through Zagreb again on Thursday but there shouldn't be any major consequences
The severely flooded areas are about 50 kilometers to the south...just awful
@Frantic Freddie I think Kzin has something to it
Cevapcici could put some weight on you(a lot actually), you just have to know where to look for them
@Kzin You watched HRT1?!
Yeah it was scary but it's cooling down (thank God!) Luckily, we can go to "Spitza" and drink our morning coffee without our fins
Yes I do at and the important word is watch and than bothering my croatian friends with questions like who is he what did he say. They love it when I do it when they watch Uzivo .
Oh they serve coffee? nice.

A student who changes the course of history is probably taking an exam.
As long as the answer is right, who cares if the question is wrong?

Thanks Yvonne, glad you liked 'em, we had a good time, sadly they wouldn't let us wear guns

@TweetyBird, I have been to Poreč but I have also been to Zadar, Pirovac and Plitvice. Traveling to those places probably brought me through a lot of other places but I don't remember them
@Freddie, me no like guns
From now on, this is how it is going to be, just her and me
Remember Yvonne, I'm an American, we're all gun crazy here
This event takes place every year just 1.5 miles (2.4 km) from my house, End of Trail at the Founder's Ranch, I'm a SASS member but I don't compete, it's expensive & I have too many expensive hobbies but it attracts people from all over the world. It's fun just to go, people dress in Old West clothing, there's chuckwagons, sutlers & people can fire a real live Gatling gun or cannon.
Here's a pic of me & the missus at the local saloon in our 1880s finery:
That frock coat I'm wearing is wool, as are the pants & the collar is very stiff paper, makes you wonder how the heck people could stand the heat in those clothes!
