Escape - I don't know if you get it but there's also "Germ defense" or "Airborne" which helps your immune system when your in a public area like the office or something
You just put it in a small/medium sized amount of water and wait for it to dissolve and drink it

I can't help myself.
@Heart....Yeah, we get that here. It doesn't help once you GET sick, but it's supposedly helpful to help you avoid getting sick in places like that. I have never tried it. The one person in my office who uses it, is the one who is ALWAYS sick.
