Ours is a lot lot simpler

1 year at nursery school until you 5

7 year at primary until your 11/12

5 year at secondary school until your 16/17

then you can go to...

2 year at college

up to 6 years at university

Hehe. For us, college and University are one of the same when we describe it. We just say we're in college, and leave it at that. Even if you're attending a university. We also have specialty colleges for certain things like business. And Junior College is a less expensive way of doing the first two years of your work for Uni. Then you transfer to University. (That's what I did. )

@geo ours is almost the same 'cept
u can start primary at the age of 4 (i started at the age of 4 1/2)
and we can do 4-6yrs of high school
and i have no idea about the uni and college bit

yep she's going at the end of next year, maybe...

@Animal - at our school we hve pre-school which is wen ur 3-4 years old, then lower school year 1 to year 6, so from wen ur 5 to wen ur 10. then middle school years 7-9 wen ur 11-13 years old, then upper school years 10-11 wen ur 14-15 years old. then senior school years 12-13 wen ur 16-17 or u can be 18 depends wat year ur born in. i'll b 17 wen i leave school.

Escape- Far too confusing, and i think, that watching all of the american pies that it is really bad how it works

Ooh. My clock on my PC just changed all by itself. One hour ago, I glanced at the clock on my PC, and it said 1:00 AM exactly. One hour later (now) I glance at my clock and it says 1:00 AM exactly. We change our clocks back one hour tonight.
