Locked in a hotel during a storm

OMG lilli!!! oh NO, we gotta help her! Gimme something that i can look trough! Becky pulls a pair of goggles out of her pocket. *Don't ask me why i have them* she says when she hands them over. Hollandgirl puts them on and dives into the water. When she looks she gets scared to death and dives back up. 'Omg! Lilli has been captures by a gigantic octopus! We have to save her, but how?'

I don't know...but we have to save her, and if the theory is right, there is another member down there also...maybe Escape girl or Adventure! We have to do something...But I can't swim, there's nothing I can do!!

[Hollandgirl]

*Dives into the water again* *Dives back up* 'You're right! It's Adventure! Now he has two of our people in his tentacles. But I saw another thing, let me see' 'It's the coin! He has the coin. Quick, people throw some more stuff into the water! He might want to pick it up and let Lilli and Adventure go!'
Everyone throws stuff into the water. *Looks in the water* 'It seems to work! He let Adventure go!' *Dives into the water and picks Adventure up, who's totally out of breath* He only needs to let Lilli go now...
Suddenly a big roar is heard under water. He cut himself with a knife! What idiot threw a knife into the water! He might as well cut Lilli into pieces now! *Looks at Freakshow* 'I didn't do anything, don't look at me!' he says. 'Well, nvm I'll go rescue Lilli'
After a while Hollandgirl gets back. 'He wants to trade Lilli for Freakshow! What do we do now?'

*still has her shoe that she tested the water with in her hand* Dazed takes a run up and throws it as hard as she can across the water, it flies into the air, and doesn't even make it to the surface...A huge tentacle emerges from the water, in it's grasp is Freakshow, suddenly the tetacle releases it's grip and graps the shoe. Freakshow falls back towards the water screaming, and the tentacle dissapears. Holland dives back in and is gone for at least a minute
"Oh, where is she..??" Dazed and the group wait nervously on the narrow ledge
Suddenly there was a splash in the far corner
"It's ok, I've got him!"
Holland swims back towards the ledge with a shaken, but safe Freakshow

[Slimy Jim]

In the other room

Slimy squints to see who it is. All of a sudden, there is a flash and Slimy is blinded again. He hears footsteps as the figure comes closer. Although he can't see, Slimy thinks he will be able to tell who it is from the sound of the voice. Unfortunately, the voice is metallic and unrecognisable. "I have been waiting for a long time to do this Slimy. Well, not really, since I only noticed you scampering about this hellhole that you call a hotel a couple of hours ago" Had it really been hours that he had been out? Slimy wondered to himself. " I am going to hurt you Slimy, you will be in agony. But first, I want to talk. Slimy said nothing. He had a plan. "Talk damn you". The figure slapped him. Slimy was careful to stay perfectly still. He did it for ages. So long, he lost track of time. Eventually, the figure gave in "That tranquilizer must be more powerful than I thought" he muttered. "I'll be back" he said as he left. "and when I am, you'll wish you were never born. Slimy had no hope apart from his friends. He tried to convince himself that they would be back in time, but deep down, he doubted it. How would they find him? There were about a thousand rooms in the hotel, he had no chance. He was exhausted, so once again he drifted off to sleep.

*Gets out of the water* 'OK, so now we have Lilli with us too. Adventure, join the group. We gotta go to the next room, which one is it, dazed?'

"ermm....it's 16..I think, after that I can't remember...oh Adventure do you still have the piece of paper."
Adventure looks in her pocket and pulls out a soggy piece of paper.
"Yeah, but the inks gone all runny...let me see - 4, 8 - yeah 16 but the rest is too hard to make out."
"It doesn't matter , we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. o.k, 16 is on the same floor but it's at the other side of the hotel, let's get going"
the group, now including Adventure walk out of the room, the door slams behind them. They start to walk down the corridor.
"psst...Becky" Dazed whispers "stay back here with me"
Becky slows down, and although still following, Dazed and Becky walk at a slower pace so the rest of the group can't hear.
"what were you saying earlier?" Dazed asks quietly "You know, before Lilli got pulled under"...

*Escape reaches the 5th floor on the stairwell. She's survived the first 5 floors, but is exhausted from the hangover and the lack of food.* Oh, where are Freakshow's chasers when you need them... *Suddenly she hears a raspy throat sound from the corridor to the left. Escape hugs the wall tightly to avoid being spotted. She can hear the throaty gasps coming from something near her....coming her way. Escape left her katana in her room - the 1000th room.... Using cat-like stealth, Escape tries to head up another floor, but is suddenly grabbed from behind and pulled to the fifth floor stairwell landing on her back with a THUD! *UUUUGHHHH!* A creature with wings looms over her, a putrid smell eminating from it's mouth. *Creature grabs Escape like a ragdoll, and flies up the stairwell to the 42nd floor. Tosses Escape on the floor of disgusting room littered with dead animals and rotting carcases...some looking human... The creature raises his claw-like hand in the air, and before Escape can make a sound, brings his claw down onto her face tearing several deep large gashes into her face, exposing bone. Escape passes out.*

*Thud* *Thud* is all they can hear while walking down the corridor.
"Dazed I saw a mark on his hand. I have seen that mark before."
Becky speaks every word in a whisper.
"I don't know if I am right but I think it's Him."
"Him??---Who is this "him" Becky?"

"The mark that I saw was the same surreal animal as his avatar. I maybe wrong though."
Dazed glares at Becky but doesn't say anything. They both follow the group in silence...
