The left button rotates the numbers in a loop clockwise, the right button causes the bottom row numbers to go up by one. The "123" button puts the numbers in order.

and the last button (the third if I remember well)

operate on the first two numbers of the first row : If they are the same, the first is increased and the other decreased (33 becomes 42,... ) otherwise no change is made.
Use the "Order" button first (123) to make it happen

OMG, OMG, OMG!! I am finally out!!! Not without help tho! That fireplace puzzle really stumped me

I can't find any puzzle on the fireplace, what am I doing wrong?

That was a cracker and lots of lateral thinking involved, out with very little help (most of it made no sense to be honest) The final puzzle nearly sent me crazy. Excellent loookin game to boot.

I really can't seem to set my remote control.. did the following:

I tried holding the 'set' button for 3 sec. and for 4 sec.. but whatever I do, I don't even hear a beep.. only if I just press the 'set' button once.. can anyone help me? I've tried for half an hour now.. I hold the 'set' button 3 sec. type '8347' and than pressed 'enter'
