Alright, I have:

electric power map, oil, crowbar, voltmeter, paperball, gripper, little metal splint, yellow key (used) orange key and a screw driver.

And I am totally lost at what to do next.

1.take the yellow key under the door carpet and the little metal piece near the door(in the same view)
2.use the key to open the wardrobe:take the orange key,the screwdriver and the voltmeter
3.go to the left
4.move the bottle to take the oil
5.take the crowbar near the broom
6.look behind the wardrobe and take the map
7.put oil on the box located on the upper shelf of the wardrobe and then open it using crowbar
8.turn the clock ,open it with metal piece and take the batteries
9,put batteries in voltmeter
10.click the cable on the left(don't know if really necessary)
11.go to the electric pannel and unscrew it
12.enter 241756378(numbers of wires on the map)
13.Check numbers with voltmeter and turn off the forth swich(because 4 has number 45,which is the number of the red wire that isn't connected to the alarm)
14.Cut the cable on the left using the gripper and use the piece of cable to get the key behind the wardrobe
15.use key to open the appartment door
