In case anyone else need some hints where to find the notes:

on desk, in clock, in parrot cage, behind flower bouquet, in wardrobe behind clothes, in drum (secret room behind wardrobe), on window-sill, above piano keys, in pillow, under carpet, in safe, in right desk-cabinet (?).

I have both keys in the door but I can't get out

you need to put the blue flower in the vase on the shelf above the piano.
