Open the window and get the key from there. Inside the cupboard you will find the safe with the code.

Activate the key from 2nd safe in your inventory. Click once on the keyhole in the door and then on the floor to the right of the trapdoor. Open the umbrella and choose the right door. Oh, and only leave at night!
