i can hear it...but i cant understand it, i saw his hint...does that mean it is a synonym of those words?

Exactly. Just look for a synonym that sounds similar to what you hear in the wav.

BTW Anybody who gets stuck on 10 the answer is mispelled. (Thats not literally the answer) Take off one of a letter that should be doubled up.

You might not have the right language pack installed on your computer. Try a google search for

list of kanji by stroke count
