Finally cracked it!

.. although I'm not sure about the final answer - it appears to be something other than a link to a final page as expected, so I've mailed the author to ask if that's the intention.

You have to run it through the same translation process you've used a few times in previous puzzles...

This one isn't a code - it's portuguese Altavista Babelfish should give you a good result.

Hi puzzlers,

You guys have really put a lot of effort into our puzzle, it is really interesting to read your thought processes as you try to figure out the levels. Just thought I would let you know, there are currently 20 levels but we are planning 45-50, divided into five stages (locations). Good luck and have fun solving!
