    • cant read french ender

      • Ender's link is a good cracker for delastelle's bifid cipher, we don't need to understand french, it quite explain's itself. "Message clair" means plaintext, "message chiffr?" is ciphertext, and "clef" is the keyword.

But still, are we looking for a keyword for bifid, or do we need two keywords for the four-square cipher? We are so close, we now know the ciphers, must be one of those, and the keyword (simple or double), must be in UNM.A.

Come on, we have to crack it!

I too have had a feeling that UNM.A. must either be the keyword, or at least have something to do with it. If anyone can give anymore hints as to the keyword, don't hesitate to share with us.

              • Nah ... Really dont think that it is an anagram ... more likely a straight cipher in which we just need the key

                • Cryptos posted earlier that the title isn't part of the puzzle.

I found out that UNM.A. could possibly be an abbreviation for University of New Mexico Albuquerque. Still checking.

                          • Satyr is in disguise, as a shopkeeper.. I dunno I think the title may have some significance later on.. maybe when we find out who Satyr or his organization really are. Just guessing

I wouldn't worry about getting anagrams - you're bound to get something with enough letters.
