You pretty much have it, you know what type of cipher it probably is and that it uses a normal alphabet. Just go to Wikipedia to see how to decode it.

P.S. We made this level pretty hard to put some distance between you and the temporary ending. Maybe we'll change it later
from Cryptos ... so we are nearly there
