Natural numbers

Has anybody had any luck getting to 30 yet. I have the note in the park translated, but I still have no clue where to go next. The obvious didn't work.

How did you translated this numbers? pls give a hint.

Try a different base. The numbers are slightly altered in this puzzle, but they still resemble the original numbers enough to figure out what they are.

I'm still stumped there. I'm not convinced that there's an extra stage of puzzling to do with the decoded result, but I can't find any reference to the place mentioned anywhere. I'm also wondering why the message is doubled up.

I was thinking that myself, although I don't know what possible cipher it could be if there is a second one. I wonder what the Malay word for B*** C*** is?

I can't catch an idea. What cipher it is? "He takes the computer" so what. it's not a HEX code, not also binary. I'm terribly frustrated.

Certain looks close to one of those two, doesn't it.

Yes but it's not enough symbols for HEX code and to much for binary.
I'm lost

You have to figure out a way to make it one of those two. Remember you have to do something to the numbers before you can even begin decoding.

I wonder what the Malay word for B*** C*** is?

I've been thinking that way, but I know nothing about malaysian I've worked the french angle too with no luck, and I've even tried potential places where that can be found. I'm wondering about overseas now, but it seems wrong in context.

I think the drive part eliminates that. I don't see any indication that it somewhere completely new.

Nice to see that the "old cryptic crew" are back on board ... now to get brain right out of other puzzles and start solving ciphers

At a guess and roughly translated:

Biru - blue
Ketam - crab

So in comparison to other stuff, Ketam Biru might be about right. No luck with further searches though.

I hope Cryptos added a level after this one-even if its just a placeholder. I'm begining to wonder.

The official site shows another two or three.

I've just been thinking- maybe following the two people is a red herring. We're after the painting, and that's gone elsewhere. Maybe that's the angle we should be working on?
