1st question -yes
2nd- it's better up side down;
3rd-all letters are used;
4th-no need to anagram.
what helped me a lot ws to write the ones i could understand leaving blank spaces on the ones i couldn't understand. then,as the last 3 were quite obvious, i found the answer.

Of all the stupid things, all along when I was using MS paint to try to view the picture upside down, it turns out that I wasn't truly seeing it upside down. I had only flipped the picture vertically. I needed flip it BOTH vertically AND horizontally in order to see it upside down. DOH!!

Ha! I didn't realize that the picture gives a clue as to what's missing in the poem. I did it by examining the poem itself and didn't use the picture.
