There is a freeware html programmers editor called ConTEXT, but I guess downloading a software is too far from that riddle....

Download ConTEXT free for Windows. Fast text editor with syntax highlighting. Safe, fast, virus-free.

Here it is but i have no idea how to use it or what to use it for to lead to something useful...
