I don't think I could face any more riddles at the moment.

Read the story again....and again. And the things that stick out to me are;

There are six gates apparantly, and this riddles has six words. I've put in the numbers of letters in each word - like the code on the letter (although I appreciate that this has nothing to do with shapes.)

The word CORE is written in capital letters.

That blasted squirrel. (Does it look like a squirrel up a tree or something?)

Just some thoughts.

Multitasking, I'm going through 3 or 4 riddles at the moment I'm addicted...badly

Anyways, I've tried manipulating the picture, trying to connect the words to make the shape more clear. I hope this picture helps more than it confuses.

looks a bit like one of those spaceships from Star Wars.

Yeah, I had that same thought. Or that now it especially looks like a knight.

well we know it's not knight because we tried it. What were the spaceships called? Or are we really grasping at straws now?

I know, and I tried chess and all the other chess pieces too, but I can't let go of that

After a little of Googling I found out that the spaceships you probably think of were called TIE fighters. I tried that but that wasn't it, they were symmetrically built anyway.

And as I said before, perhaps we're grasping at straws but at least it's better than to be grasping at thin air, at least in my opinion. And to show how much I'm actually grasping at straws myself right now, I just thought that it could perhaps be a bust or a profile of a person. Pretty ridiculous, but that's where my mind is at now

maybe if you try focusing on the blue part....not the yellow part. it kind of looks like the mouth of a dog and the mouth of a human...
